Arne Slot to Rotate Liverpool Squad in Season’s Final Matches

With the Premier League title already wrapped up, Liverpool boss Arne Slot says the remaining four games will be used to give chances to players who haven’t had much game time this season.
Slot’s side beat Tottenham 5-1 last weekend to seal the club’s 20th league title, and now hold a 15-point lead at the top. But despite having nothing left to play for, the Dutchman says the Reds are still focused on winning every game.
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s trip to Chelsea, Slot said: “It’s nice we’re playing strong teams like Chelsea, Arsenal, Brighton and Palace. It gives us a challenge. We also see this as the beginning of next season.”

Slot confirmed that there will be some rotation in the line-ups for the final stretch. “My lineups will be different to what we’ve had the last 10 months,” he said. “We won’t change everyone, but there will be some rotation.”
The coach also praised the players who haven’t featured much but have impressed in training.
“Some of them deserved to play earlier,” he said. “They’ve trained really well and are good enough. I mostly stuck with the same players, but now it’s time to see the others too , not just for next season, but because they’ve earned it.”
Liverpool’s first game as champions comes at Stamford Bridge against a Chelsea side still fighting for a Champions League place.
