Confirmed Liverpool Lineup vs Preston: Mamardashvili Starts

Liverpool have confirmed their starting XI for today’s pre-season opener against Preston North End at Deepdale, with new signing Giorgi Mamardashvili handed his debut between the posts.
Arne Slot has gone with a mix of senior players and emerging talent as the Reds return to action for the first time since their Premier League title win and the tragic loss of forward Diogo Jota earlier this month.
Conor Bradley lines up at right-back, joined in the back four by Joe Gomez, Luca Stephenson, and Kostas Tsimikas on the left.
Ryan Gravenberch, Dominik Szoboszlai, and 16-year-old Trey Nyoni make up the midfield three, offering energy and technical ability through the centre.
Mohamed Salah captains the side and leads the forward line alongside Federico Chiesa and teenager Rio Ngumoha, who gets a start in the front three.
