“I’m really happy ” – Conor Bradley Hails Slot’s Influence

Liverpool are heading to Wembley after a brilliant 4-0 win against Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield. The victory gave them a 4-1 win on aggregate and booked their place in the Carabao Cup final. After losing the first leg 1-0, the Reds turned things around in style, putting on a show for their fans.

Cody Gakpo was the star of the night, scoring the first goal and setting the tone for a dominant performance. Tottenham struggled to cope with Liverpool’s attacking power and were completely outplayed by the final whistle.

For Liverpool’s manager, Arne Slot, this win is a big moment. It will be his first major cup final since taking charge of the club. Slot had talked about his dream of reaching Wembley, and now it’s come true. His team is in great form this season, and the players are clearly responding well to his ideas.

One of the standout performers was Conor Bradley, the young right-back who has been filling in for the injured Trent Alexander-Arnold. Bradley, just 21 years old, has been improving quickly under Slot and put in an excellent performance against Tottenham.

After the match, Bradley spoke about his development and how much he’s enjoying playing under Slot: “I’m sure he’s buzzing with the win,” Bradley said. “It’s his first chance to get to Wembley, and he’s done it. He’s been amazing since he arrived, and he’s helped me improve so much. I’m really happy to be playing for him.”

Bradley’s progress hasn’t gone unnoticed. Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher even suggested that Bradley could be the long-term replacement for Alexander-Arnold if he ever leaves the club. “If Trent were to go, I’d have no problem with Bradley taking over,” Carragher said after the game.

For Bradley, a lifelong Liverpool fan, helping the team reach the Carabao Cup final is a dream come true. “I loved it,” he said with a big smile. “We knew it would be a tough game, but we got the job done. I’m buzzing to be going to the final.”
