“Excited To Show What I Can Do” – Mia Enderby Eyes Big Season At Liverpool

Mia Enderby is targeting a breakthrough season at Liverpool FC Women after signing a new contract ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
The 20-year-old forward has already clocked up over 40 appearances since joining from Sheffield United last summer. Now, after penning a new deal at the AXA Melwood Training Centre, she’s aiming to make an even bigger impact under new leadership.
“Pre-season is going well for me personally, and now I’m just putting my foot down,” Enderby told Liverpoolfc.com. “When [the manager] comes in, I’m really excited to show them what I can do.”
Enderby made 22 appearances in the Barclays Women’s Super League last season, scoring five goals and adding two assists; 16 of those outings came off the bench. With two full WSL campaigns under her belt, she now feels ready to kick on.
“I feel like at first it was hard, coming in as a young player and with how big the WSL is now,” she said. “I try my best. When I’m coming off the bench, I try to help the team as much as I can – and that’s providing goals and assists.”

The England U23 international praised the support she’s received at Liverpool, both on and off the pitch.
“The staff have really helped me a lot to develop as a player and a person,” she said. “The players are really important too. If I’m feeling down or anything, they’re always there to talk to me.”
Enderby is especially looking forward to the season opener – a Merseyside derby against Everton at Anfield.
“Anfield’s such a big stadium and we just can’t wait to see all the fans there,” she added. “Obviously, with a Merseyside derby, we want to win.”
Enderby also believes her international experiences with England U23s have helped her grow.
“It’s really hard when you have to go from Liverpool’s playing style and then change that when you go international,” she said. “But I feel like that’s helped me develop as a player.”
