The Premier League has announced that the fixtures for the 2025/26 season will be released at 09:00 BST on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
The full schedule for all 380 matches will be available on premierleague.com and through the official Premier League app.
The season will begin on Saturday, August 16, 2025, and conclude on Sunday, May 24, 2026. As usual, all final-day matches will kick off simultaneously.
The 2025/26 campaign will consist of 33 weekends and five midweek rounds. The schedule ensures more rest for players over the festive period, with no two rounds scheduled within 60 hours of each other. This change aligns with the league’s efforts to ease the congested Christmas and New Year fixture list.
The season start date of August 16 allows 83 clear days for player rest from the end of the 2024/25 season, while the end date of May 24 ensures the Premier League finishes ahead of the FIFA 2026 World Cup call-up period. Additionally, there will be no fixtures on December 24, 2025.
